Software as a Service Agreement
This is a copy of the 1Streetworks Software as a Service Agreement that must be accepted in order to create or edit plans in 1Streetworks.
Precedence of any existing active agreement(s) over this Software as a Service Agreement:
In the event that a pre-existing Software as a Service Agreement or other agreement is currently active between the user's organisation and 1Spatial, the relevant pre-existing agreement will take precedence over this Software as a Service Agreement.
