Using 1Data Gateway

1Data Gateway is an intuitive web-portal allowing you to submit, check, validate, and fix data for submission.

To access the documentation click the Help button . This is configured to whichever documentation a User with the System Manager Role has chosen, the default is this documentation for the version of 1Data Gateway that you are running.

All Users have access to the following Permissions by default:

• See Assignments

• Start Submissions

• See personal Dashboard

• Edit own profile

• Generate Personal API Keys

As a User you will have access to three main tabs:

My Assignments

• Work associated with a Project that a User has been assigned to complete.

Submissions

• Work uploaded to 1Data Gateway by a User.

My Account

• Personalisation of your account and avatar.

Users may also want to familiarise themselves with:

API Submissions

• Submissions created in 1Data Gateway via the API.

Notifications

• Notification prompts for Submissions.
