System Activity

A User with the System Manager Role can view system events via the System Activity section in the System tab.

Deletion Jobs

Any Projects, Specifications, and Assignments that have been confirmed for deletion are listed here. Clicking the View button opens the Deletion Job details.

The details include the username and email of the User who initiated the deletion of the Project/Specification/Assignment. A log can also be downloaded by clicking the Log button.

Account Events

Account Events lists all tracked user events that are performed in 1Data Gateway.

These can be filtered to see specific events such as Login Events, Password Resets, Suspensions, etc.

The Refresh button refreshes the contents of the page, which is useful for checking if new users have received their activation emails and activated their accounts successfully.

Named Locations

Some Post-Submission Actions utilise Named Locations, specifying the directory that a Path uses for saving. Click the Add button and enter a Name and the Root Directory for that Location.

In Post-Submission Actions where Named Locations are used, a list provides all available options.

Scheduled Submissions

From this tab you all Scheduled Submissions, from every user are displayed.

Any Schedules that you have access to can be edited by clicking the Edit button .
