Upper and Lower App Bars

The App Bars are opened by right-clicking with the mouse or swiping up from the bottom on a touch screen. App bar menu options can change depending on the context or feature selected.

Lower App Bar

The App bar menu options change depending on the context or feature selected. From the map view, the Lower App Bar contains the following options:

• - view your data schema and topology information

• Style - specify how the map is displayed

• Search - search for data in the current project

• Close Project - close and save the current session

• Screengrab - take a screen shot of the Map Viewer, either to the clipboard or downloaded as a file

• Help - opens the 1Edit documentation

• Settings - opens the Settings panel on the right-hand side of the app

Upper App Bar

The Upper App Bar can be expanded/collapsed by clicking the ellipsis in the top right-hand side. When you first load 1Edit, the Upper App Bar contains the Project name. The options displayed depend on the feature or screen selected.

Flip App Bars

You can swap the upper and lower app bars by opening Lower App Bar > Settings > 1Edit Settings > enable Flip App Bars. This can be useful, for example, when holding a tablet in a harness against your body.
