To run a session, select the Sessions tab, drill down through folders if necessary and select the session to be executed. Select the Task tab and the sequence of tasks will be displayed as last saved. Use the controls at the top right to start, stop, pause, and rewind the session.
If the session does not end with a Pause task, all intermediate data will be discarded when the session completes. The results remain accessible; however, if you want to repeat any of the tasks, you will need to restart at the beginning of the session.
The Sessions interface provides feedback about running tasks. The icon indicates that the task is in progress, and a progress bar in the right-hand pane shows the percentage complete.
The status of a task is marked by the icon on the right-hand side of its entry in the task list:
· Before it has started, no icon is displayed
· While the task is running, it is marked by
· While a task is paused, it is marked by
· When a task has completed, it is marked by a
Similar icons are used in the left pane to show the current status of a session:

When a session is paused, the Rewind link on each completed task can be used to rewind the session to the start of that task. When a session has completed, it is no longer possible to rewind tasks. You can use the stop button to rewind to the beginning of the session.
While a session is running, you can expand and contract tasks and view results from completed tasks but you can not insert, delete, or edit tasks.

To create a session:
On the Sessions page, click New and Session.
The list of sessions includes the new session and the workspace shows the General tab containing Created and Last Edited details.
In Name, enter a new name for the metadata store.
Click Save.
The session is renamed. You can now complete the Tasks tab.
To edit a session, select the Sessions tab, navigate through the folders if necessary, and select the session you want to edit. Select the Task tab; the sequence of tasks is displayed as last saved.
