Nodes
A node represents a point that is attached to ends of an edge or an isolated point.
Nodes are integral to the snapping process and, in the case of the 'Edge Split Edges' snapping type, a new node can be created. For more information please refer to Snapping.
Note: Nodes are represented in the system datastore as sys:node
and have an ID and point geometry.
