Administration

General administration of the 1Streetworks platform is handled by 1Spatial. This includes the handling of tenants, users, and collaboration groups.

Users can still customise their profiles in the Account Management tab and create and edit SWA Organisations in the Manage SWA Organisations tab .

Tenant Administrators can manage Users in their Tenant in the Manage Tenant tab .

General Administration

Users belong to Tenants, which are the company, department, or team that a user works for. Tenants are added and controlled by 1Spatial but if Single Sign On (SSO) Integration has been set up, your own administrators handle the log-in credentials through their identity providers.

Collaboration groups are also managed by 1Spatial. If one or more Tenants belong to a consortium that operates in an area, please contact 1Spatial to make any changes.

If User or Tenant data needs to be deactivated, reactivated, or removed, please contact 1Spatial for the adjustment or removal of the Tenant/User data.
