Example: Creating Polygons

Topology based actions can be used to enhance your data.

In this example we will create polygons on line data by using the geometries of the faces formed.

Line data before topology is built

The build topology task creates nodes and edges and faces on the linework and the actions can use these for example to create polygons from the face geometries.

The Use Schema setting should be selected in the Context tab to list the classes of external data stores and the pre-defined topological primitives in the 1Integrate data store.
