Network Graphs

Using 1Integrate, you can analyse the global graph connectivity between objects such as roads, railways, pipes, or cables to ensure you can navigate between any two objects within a network of these features, in order to confirm the whole network is properly connected.

1Integrate stores network graph definitions in a class defined in the system schema, which is separate from the import and export schemas.

Note: Once network graphs have been constructed via an action (see Connecting Network Graphs) they can be tested using rules (see Validating Network Graphs).

Ideally, all the objects should be connected into one network graph; however, objects fail the validation check if they are contained in an area which is isolated from the rest of the network or has restricted access.
