What does International Women's Day mean to you?
If I am honest, I never envisioned working at a GIS software development company. In sixth form, I found maps interesting, especially when used as infographics to enhance news coverage of events like the US Election. I was first introduced to GIS during a field trip for my A Level Coursework to Minehead, when I used ArcGIS to map regeneration statistics in the area.

Other ways 1Spatial is supporting women
We inspire inclusion in other ways. For instance, in our head office in the UK, we offer:
- Training about menopause awareness to address the stigma that is sometimes associated with this life event
- Enhanced maternity leave with 5 wellbeing days off for maternal health support (and extended paternity leave benefits and support)
