We #BreakTheBias in other ways. For instance, in our head office in the UK, we offer:

  • Training about menopause awareness to address the stigma that is sometimes associated with this life event
  • Enhanced maternity leave with 5 wellbeing days off for maternal health support (and extended paternity leave benefits and support)
