We will be in touch after we have reviewed your application. If you look like a good match, we’ll set up a call for you to talk to one of the team to discuss the role and your experience in more detail. If we think we may be right for each other, we’ll ask you to come in to talk. We will ask about your experience and your strengths.

You’ll have a chance to see the office, meet some people you could be working with, and ask any questions you have. Depending on the role there may be a short test (with no hidden tricks!). If we don’t think you are suitable, we’ll tell you why.

If we think the role will work for both of us, we’ll make an offer.  If you are successful, you will spend your first couple of weeks immersing yourself within different business units as part of our collaborative and innovative culture.
