This interactive session will showcase practical examples of how FME is driving improvements in integrating data pipelines, infrastructure planning, asset management, and service delivery across local government.

Integration with Core Systems Explore how councils are connecting essential platforms—such as cloud-based ERP systems—through FME to streamline operations and improve decision-making. While AI and  achine Learning may not be front of mind for every LGA due to infrastructure constraints, other organisations are already putting these tools to good use.

Successes, Challenges & Opportunities This roundtable offers a collaborative space to reflect on what’s working, what’s not, and where the greatest opportunities lie for local governments in VIC. We’ll also host a dedicated discussion on how FME is being applied in non-spatial use cases, enabling councils to expand its benefits across more departments.

Hear directly from councils such as City of Glen Eira, City of Moorabool, and City of Boroondara as they share their experiences, demonstrate how they’ve been leveraging FME to tackle real-world challenges, and discuss practical insights that other councils can apply to their own workflows.

Why attend?

  • Hear first-hand success stories from other councils
  • Discover ways to extend FME’s capabilities into non-spatial settings
  • Collaborate to tackle shared challenges and reduce duplicated effort
  • Connect with on-hand FME-certified professionals ready to answer your questions and provide guidance
  • Network with peers over afternoon tea

This is a free event exclusively for local government attendees, with afternoon tea provided.
