As CEO for 1Spatial Inc. (Americas),  Sheila has over 30 years’ experience in the geospatial industry, 23 of which were with Esri Inc. During her years there she moved from the initial role of technical/technical sales into management, taking on the role of Regional Manager of the South Central US Esri office. Following 11 years in that role she moved to the Washington DC area and took over management of the Federal Sciences Sales team. During her tenure she also supported numerous international efforts, including support to Esri’s Latin American distributors and support of various open geospatial events around the globe.

Sheila brings great excitement to the support of developing out implementations of the 1Spatial capabilities across the Americas. Recognizing the intrinsic value 1Integrate brings to the enterprise of data systems (both geospatial and non-geospatial), she finds great satisfaction in enabling data managers with capabilities to more efficiently and effectively ensure that their data is “fit for purpose”.

Kevin Sigwart is the Chief Operating Officer for 1Spatial Inc. Working with federal, state, and commercial clients, he architects innovative solutions to help solve data quality, integration and synchronization issues across disparate and siloed systems. Kevin is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on developing and architecting interoperable solutions across geospatial and non-geospatial systems. He has 15+ years of experience working as a geospatial developer, analyst, and architect. Prior to joining 1Spatial, Kevin held positions as a solution engineer for Esri and as a geospatial software developer for General Dynamics.

Jennifer has been CFO of 1Spatial Inc. (Americas) since 2017. In that role, Jennifer has streamlined and improved numerous financial accounting and reporting processes, as well as implemented numerous financial forecasting improvements. She has brought a focus on employee health and wellbeing to the human resources function in the US, and most recently developed employee-based return to office planning for a post-COVID environment.

Jennifer has 35 years of experience in the financial accounting and reporting arena, starting her career with Price Waterhouse, where she spent 9 years, gaining experience in a number of different industries including technology and banking and participating in an initial public offering, a $300 million acquisition, asset valuation projects, and many other proposed and executed transactions. She then transitioned to Dell Computer, where she was Financial Accounting and Reporting Senior Manager and Assistant Controller for the Latin America Region. Following her time at Dell, she transitioned to a CFO/COO position in the construction industry, broadening her experience in day to day business operations as well as strategic planning.
