Virginia’s 9-1-1 Services Board is offering $1.3 million in dedicated grant funding to support critical GIS projects across the Commonwealth. As a primary Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP), you have until March 31, 2025, at 5 p.m. to secure your share. These grants specifically fund projects that ensure the GIS data layers you’ve created, remain current, accurate, and integrated seamlessly with Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1) Core Services and local PSAP systems.

Regular Data Maintenance:

  • Ongoing provisioning of GIS data and address data management.
  • Pricing for tier 1 jurisdictions starts at $4500

Regional Data Transfer Projects:

  • Extensive automated data integration and sharing.
  • Pricing starts at $24,000

Please note: This pricing does not include the cost of the ArcGIS pro add-in or additional provisioning tiles that may be needed to accommodate more than 4 systems needing data in a regional grant.
