Beth Mitchell
Senior Marketing Manager & EA to the CEOBeth Mitchell
Senior Marketing Manager & EA to the CEOJoining 1Spatial in June 2022 as the UK Events Manager, Beth now dons two hats, looking after the roles of Senior Marketing Manager and Executive Assistant to our CEO, Claire Milverton.
Balancing these dual responsibilities keeps Beth on her toes, but she wouldn't have it any other way! Collaborating closely with colleagues, Beth works with the wider team to create impactful campaigns and event strategies that align to our business needs. Beth collaborates across all teams to deliver excellence at every event.
In her capacity as Executive Assistant, Beth gains invaluable insights into the global landscape of our business. She supports the senior leadership team, focusing on strategic planning and execution to help drive our company's success well into the future.
Despite having a decade of experience in the events and marketing industry, her passion for musical theatre and fitness remain at the core. Beth loves nothing more than collaborating with colleagues, coming up with new innovative ways of working and driving brilliance to the 1Spatial business.
Steve Hanks
Business Development Director - 1StreetworksSteve Hanks
Business Development Director - 1StreetworksWith over 30 years of experience, Steve has led more than 200 software implementations across the UK and beyond. After two decades in consulting, he shifted gears to focus on business development, helping local and central government, civil engineering, and utilities bring innovative solutions to life. In his current role, Steve is all about transforming the Highways and Civil Engineering markets, introducing new tech and driving growth.
Outside of work, you’ll find him competing in Mountain Bike endurance races. His philosophy? Whether on the job or on the trail, hard work and constant improvement are the keys to success and a better world for us all.
Fatema Kothari
Senior Test EngineerFatema Kothari
Senior Test EngineerFatema joined 1Spatial in 2023 as the Senior Test Engineer. She works with 1Streetworks team in UK to test the application using manual testing approach and also develop Automated regression tests to ensure delivery of a quality software which meets the client's requirements.
Before 1Spatial, she has gained an extensive and diverse experience of testing a wide variety of applications ranging from Medical device software to smart street lighting software and now testing of geospatial solutions.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading mystery novels, crafting with Macrame and playing badminton.
Charlotte Lawes
Software Developer - Roads, 1SpatialCharlotte Lawes
Software Developer - Roads, 1SpatialCharlotte joined 1Spatial in 2021 as a graduate consultant after studying Geography with applied GIS at Exeter university.
She joined the 1Streetworks team as a consultant developing the 1Integrate rules logic to automate the production of traffic management plans. Recently, she has transitioned into a software development role developing the user interface of the 1Streetworks application
