On 30 April 2026, VertiGIS completed its acquisition of 1Spatial. If you are already a customer of either, the most important thing to know is what hasn’t changed: your contracts, your contacts, your support, your roadmap. All of it continues. What’s new is what you can now reach for next.
What this means for you
- If you are already a 1Spatial customer. Nothing about your service changes. The people you call, are still the people you call. The work we do for you continues uninterrupted. Your FME estate, your 1Integrate rules, your 1Streetworks deployment, your support agreements, all of it remains in place. You are still working with 1Spatial. The team is now part of a bigger group with more to offer when you are ready.
- If you are already a VertiGIS customer. Your relationship with us is unchanged. The decisions your applications drive are now backed by the data quality, validation and governance team that other geospatial businesses turn to.
