Following completion of the acquisition of 1Spatial plc by VertiGIS Ltd on 29 April, the Company’s shares were cancelled from trading on AIM on 30 April. 1Spatial plc is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of VertiGIS Ltd and is in the process of being re-registered as a private limited company. Settlement of the Consideration to which shareholders are entitled will be affected no later than 14 days after 29 April.
