Networks are evolving rapidly.  Ever increasing broadband speeds are driving innovation in both network technology and services. Cloud-based network virtualization will deliver substantial improvements in operational performance.  Increased use of video brings new network architectures.  5G promises a step change in wireless connection capacity and highly granular location data.
