This session is on the NENA-developed information document on developing NG9-1-1 RFIs and RFPs. We are currently updating the document right now and need your input!
The session provides an overview of the updated NENA RFP Considerations best practices. It can be helpful to 9-1-1 authorities developing an RFI or RFP for NG9-1-1 Servicesand a tool for 9-1-1 Authorities to guide discussions with consultants retained to develop RFIs and RFPs. We will highlight the significant changes that have taken place in NG9-1-1 since the first release of the document.
