Police Data Quality Hub Launch
1Spatial launches innovative solution focused on Police Data Quality
Cambridge, UK, 21st June 2021, (www.1spatial.com) 1Spatial, the global geospatial software and solutions leader, are bringing the power of their patented rules engine to the law enforcement sector with a focused Police Data Quality Hub.
Working with multiple forces, 1Spatial have created a series of applications based on police data quality use cases to support the POLE data model (People, Objects, Locations and Events). These applications are no code solutions that can be easily integrated within existing IT systems and partner systems, providing workflows to efficiently improve data quality and secure interoperability between systems. The solution has been pre-procured on the Digital Transformation Framework which is accessed via the Police Digital Service Knowledge Hub.
Bob Chell, CPO for 1Spatial says: “Incomplete or outdated location data such as address records can lead to inaccurate decision making for police intervention, resource allocations and prevention of crime. By subscribing to our community Hub, you can access our range of targeted applications that we have collaboratively designed with the Police, for the Police. Each app provides you with automated and intuitive workflows to manage and validate your location data. Our per-app licensing model means you can implement data quality improvements at your own pace, in your priority order to meet your objectives. We've done this to remove barriers around complicated logistics, long projects or unnecessarily large costs.”
